Scotland fly-half Finn Russell has expressed confidence in the British & Irish Lions' ability to triumph in their upcoming series against Australia. The Racing 92 playmaker, known for his creative attacking style, believes the squad possesses the necessary talent and depth to secure victory Down Under.
Russell's Optimism for Lions Success
Speaking ahead of the tour, Russell highlighted the Lions' unique blend of experience and youthful energy as a major advantage. 'When you bring together the best players from four nations, you create something special,' the 31-year-old said. 'We've got world-class players in every position, and that gives us a real chance of winning the series.'

Russell, who starred in the Lions' 2021 tour to South Africa, emphasised the importance of playing positive rugby. 'Australia will be tough opponents at home, but if we play to our strengths - with speed and creativity - we can put them under real pressure,' he explained.
