The Story of Dunk and Egg
Based on George R.R. Martin's beloved 'Tales of Dunk and Egg' novellas, the series is set in the vast, familiar world of Westeros. The story unfolds approximately 90 years before the events of Game of Thrones and more than 70 years after the conclusion of House of the Dragon.
The narrative follows the adventures of an honourable but lowly hedge knight, Ser Duncan the Tall, played by Peter Claffey. He is joined on his quest by a young, mysterious squire named Egg, portrayed by Dexter Sol Ansell. Together, they navigate a realm still ruled by the Targaryen dynasty, where the memory of dragons remains vivid.
