Reality television star Vogue Williams has announced surprising plans to marry her husband Spencer Matthews for a second time, revealing the romantic intention during her current stint on I'm A Celebrity.
Jungle Revelation
The Dublin-born model and podcast host, currently facing challenges in the Australian jungle, shared her heartfelt desire to renew wedding vows with her Made in Chelsea star husband during the latest episode of her podcast, Vogue & Amber.
Vogue, 40, told her sister Amber that she envisions hosting the ceremony at their family home, combining the vow renewal with a celebration marking their decade of marriage. The couple originally tied the knot in 2018 with a secret wedding ceremony held at a Scottish family estate, surrounded only by close friends and relatives.
Addressing Relationship Rumours
In recent years, the high-profile couple has faced persistent speculation about their marriage stability, particularly when they didn't publicly acknowledge their fifth wedding anniversary in June 2023.
The rumours gained additional traction when Spencer decided to leave their joint podcast venture to focus on his own project, Untapped, where he interviews athletes. Speaking to The Sun about the impact of such speculation, Vogue expressed concern about how "baseless and cruel" gossip might affect their three children, who could potentially overhear conversations at school.
When questioned whether her public denials had effectively quieted the speculation, Vogue responded with resignation: "Of course not! I'll probably not bother next time. You're just wasting your energy."
Solid Foundation
Despite the external noise, Vogue remains confident about the strength of her marriage. "I feel like I've hit a point in my life where it only matters what I know and what our truth is," she explained. "When you're in the public eye, you can kind of expect stuff like that. We're happy, our relationship is solid and we're having a great time, our kids are happy and that's all that matters."
Meanwhile, Spencer has been openly expressing how much he misses his wife during her jungle adventure. In a touching social media post featuring a photograph of them kissing, he wrote: "It's wild how much you can miss someone you've spoken to every single day for years." He described this separation as the longest period without communication since their marriage, admitting "I feel it more than I ever expected."
Jungle Prospects
Vogue entered the I'm A Celebrity camp as a late arrival alongside Celebs Go Dating favourite Tom Read Wilson. Despite generating significant buzz with her participation, bookmakers remain sceptical about her chances of claiming the jungle crown.
According to Ladbrokes, the mother-of-three currently stands as "the rank outsider" at odds of 200/1 to win the competition, making her the least favoured contestant among betting experts.
The couple's relationship continues to capture public attention, with their planned vow renewal adding another chapter to their evolving love story that began with their secret 2018 wedding and now looks forward to a heartfelt celebration of their first decade together.
