Earlier in the day, King Charles delivered an address to Congress on the 'special relationship' between the US and the UK, calling for global cooperation on climate change. This marked only the second time a monarch has spoken to Congress, following Queen Elizabeth II in 1991.
Following his address, the King met with entrepreneurs including Jeff Bezos, Tim Cook, and others at Blair House. On Tuesday, Charles also held a closed-door meeting with Donald Trump, while Camilla and Melania Trump led an educational event at the White House Tennis Pavilion.
