In her caption, Dooley, 37, revealed the theme was "camp disco" and gave a nod to her Strictly roots, joking it was "giving.. Elstree" and referencing the BBC studio where the show is filmed. She credited @marymaryflorals for the creation, describing it as having "Angel Delight energy."
