He wrote about his father, the Spandau Ballet musician and actor, frequently referring to his fellow celebrities as 'my new friends'.
"He genuinely doesn’t have mates so he means it, he’ll really be chuffed," Roman stated, adding, "Again not being mean, that’s the truth." The comment offered a rare glimpse into Martin's personal life, suggesting the social aspect of the jungle experience would be particularly meaningful for him.
