Jessica Alba showcased her toned physique in a series of bikini-clad photographs from her 45th birthday celebration. The actress and entrepreneur, whose birthday fell on April 28, took to Instagram on Sunday to share outtakes from a day spent on a superyacht alongside her boyfriend, Danny Ramirez, 33, and a group of friends.
Cheeky Display in Black Bikini
Alba, who separated from her long-term husband Cash Warren in 2025, posed playfully in a slinky black string bikini as she soaked up the sun. In the caption, she described her state of mind as 'joymaxxing.' The mother of three accessorized with black sunglasses and damp hair throughout the carousel post.
She included inspirational quotes: 'stay close to people who make you feel like sunshine' and 'the more you celebrate being alive, the more life gives you to celebrate.'
Birthday Festivities in Miami
Last week, the movie star was seen partying in Miami to ring in her birthday, with her new boyfriend by her side. They celebrated at upscale restaurant Papi Steak, where she was presented with a super-size birthday cake.
Alba praised Ramirez in an Instagram post documenting the bash, writing: 'My love - every day with you is a gift. Thank you all for loving me through every chapter.' The actor responded with an Insta Story photo of him kissing her cheek, captioned 'Happy birthday mi amor.'
Divorce Settlement Details
Alba announced her split from Warren in January 2025 and began a romance with Ramirez in July. The exes share daughters Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and son Hayes, eight. Their divorce was finalized in February 2025, with Warren receiving half of Alba's residuals from work during their 16-year marriage, including films like Sin City: A Dame to Kill For and Valentine's Day. Alba retains royalties from pre-marriage projects such as Fantastic Four and Never Been Kissed. Her company, The Honest Company, co-founded in 2011, has an IPO valuation of $308 million; Warren will receive over 1.1 million vested restricted stock shares and 4.5 million certificate-restricted shares.
