Virgin Island Star Told to Strip and 'Ogle' Therapist in Saucy Scene
Virgin Island: Star Told to Strip and Ogle Therapist

Virgin Island returns tonight with a particularly steamy episode that is sure to raise eyebrows. After nearly a week-long hiatus, the Channel 4 reality series airs its third episode this evening (May 4), focusing on themes of dating and consent.

Directed Gazing Exercise

One scene that is bound to capture viewers' attention involves surrogate partner therapist Risdon Roberts and her client, 25-year-old accountant Tegan. In the clip, Risdon introduces Tegan to an exercise called directed gazing, which involves staring at different parts of the body to evoke desire. The 42-year-old therapist quips, "So you're going to ogle me."

Tegan admits she feels "very nervous" about the exercise, but Risdon reassures her, saying, "It's important for you to get used to female gaze." The session begins with both women fully clothed, as Risdon directs Tegan's attention to her eyes and then her lips. Escalating the intensity, Risdon says, "I'm going to turn around and show you my butt."

Full Nudity and Exploration

After the warm-up, both participants remove their clothing. Risdon encourages Tegan to look at her exposed chest, then says, "When you're ready, look at my p***y," and reassures her that she is "doing really good." Risdon continues, "Are you ready to look at my ass?" prompting Tegan to remark, "I'm definitely a lesbian."

Tegan, from Glasgow, revealed ahead of her appearance that she struggled with confidence and lacked skills to talk to women, despite coming out seven years ago. "I decided to apply to Virgin Island because I was feeling like I was succeeding in every part of my life aside from my romantic and sexual life. I have a steady job and my own home, but I had never gotten past the first date or done anything more than kiss someone drunk in a nightclub," she explained.

She added, "I lacked a lot of self-confidence, and I was lacking any sort of experience with sexual intimacy, so I was afraid of not knowing what I was doing in the bedroom. I hoped that I would gain more self confidence in talking to women and learning skills that would help my confidence when a relationship would eventually advance to the bedroom. I also hoped that I would learn to feel comfortable in my own skin and that I would be in a better place sexually and confidence-wise leaving the island than when I went in."

Viewers will have to tune in on Monday and Tuesday nights to see whether Tegan achieves her goals on the programme. Virgin Island airs Monday and Tuesday nights at 9pm on Channel 4.
