DJ Fat Tony Reveals Nicola Peltz's Wedding Tears Over Victoria's First Dance

DJ Fat Tony, who performed at the lavish three-day wedding celebration of Brooklyn Peltz Beckham and Nicola Peltz, has spoken out about a deeply emotional moment that left the bride in tears. In an interview with ITV's This Morning, the DJ recounted how a planned romantic first dance between the newlyweds was unexpectedly hijacked, leading to a highly awkward situation for all involved.

The Unexpected First Dance

According to DJ Fat Tony, the incident occurred during a performance by US singer Marc Anthony. Anthony called Brooklyn onto the stage, and guests naturally anticipated that Nicola would join her husband for their first dance as a married couple. However, in a surprising twist, Anthony then asked for "the most beautiful woman in the room" to come forward.

"He says, 'Victoria, come to the stage'," DJ Fat Tony explained. Victoria Beckham, the former Spice Girl and mother of the groom, was by the stage and promptly ascended to join her son. This left Brooklyn "literally devastated" as he had expected to dance with his new wife. Witnessing this, Nicola Peltz Beckham was so upset that she left the room crying her eyes out.

An Awkward Moment for All

The DJ described the subsequent dance between Victoria and Brooklyn as profoundly uncomfortable. "Brooklyn is stuck there on stage, and they do this dance," he said, noting that Marc Anthony instructed Brooklyn to "put your hands on your mother's hips" for a Latin-style routine. DJ Fat Tony emphasised the inappropriateness of the timing, stating the whole situation was "really awkward for everyone in the room." He clarified that the event was not scandalous in a traditional sense, but the emotional impact was significant.

Brooklyn's Public Allegations

This revelation follows a series of public claims made by Brooklyn Beckham earlier in the week regarding his parents, Sir David and Lady Victoria Beckham. In a detailed statement, the aspiring chef and photographer accused his parents of controlling media narratives about their family and attempting to "ruin" his relationship with his wife, Nicola.

Brooklyn specifically alleged that his mother "hijacked" his first dance with Nicola and danced "inappropriately on me" in front of their wedding guests. He expressed feeling "uncomfortable or humiliated" and claimed his wife had been consistently "disrespected" by his family, even being excluded from his father's 50th birthday party. Brooklyn concluded by asserting his belief that "the truth always comes out" and stated he does not wish to reconcile with his family.

David Beckham's Indirect Response

In what appeared to be a response to his son's allegations, Sir David Beckham spoke to CNBC's Squawk Box about the power and perils of social media. While not directly addressing the family rift, he discussed the importance of using platforms responsibly and the inevitability of mistakes, especially for young people. "Children are allowed to make mistakes. That's how they learn," he remarked, adding that parents must sometimes allow their children to learn from those errors.

The Beckham family, including Brooklyn, Sir David, and Lady Victoria, have been approached for further comment on these latest disclosures. The family, known globally as Posh and Becks, also includes sons Cruz and Romeo, and daughter Harper.
