Laura Anderson's £200 Weekly Food Shop & Life with Footballer Clark
Laura Anderson's £200 Weekly Food Shop Revealed

Former Love Island sensation Laura Anderson has pulled back the curtain on her domestic life with Scottish footballer Clark Robertson, revealing intimate details about their eating habits and shared home in Dundee.

From Reality TV to Domestic Bliss

The 36-year-old reality star, who found fame on ITV's hit dating show in 2018, went public with her relationship with the 32-year-old Dundee FC centre-back last October. Their romance has rapidly progressed, with Laura and her two-year-old daughter Bonnie relocating to Dundee in May to live with Clark in their luxurious new home.

The couple's property boasts impressive features including a fire pit and a stunning £14,000 hot tub, creating the perfect family environment for their blossoming relationship.

Inside the Fridge: £200 Weekly Food Habits

During an exclusive interview with Closer magazine's Fridge Raider segment, Laura provided a comprehensive breakdown of the couple's weekly eating routine and grocery preferences.

Laura disclosed that she typically spends around £200 each week on food, which encompasses their regular supermarket shop plus either a restaurant meal or what she affectionately calls "a cheeky takeaway".

"I tend to stick to Sainsbury's for my weekly shop, mainly delivery because it's just easier," Laura explained, before adding an amusing insight into their differing shopping styles. "But my partner Clark likes to treat himself and heads to M&S when it's his turn."

The television personality couldn't contain her admiration for Clark's culinary abilities, describing food as one of her great passions. "I genuinely love food in almost every form," she gushed, noting that cooking is definitely a surefire way to win her affection.

When discussing their evening meals, Laura particularly praised one of Clark's recent creations: "Dinner varies, but recently Clark whipped up a chilli with rice that was incredible."

Relationship Milestones and Future Plans

Despite being together for just over a year, Laura and Clark's relationship continues to strengthen, with the couple already discussing significant future steps together.

At last month's Pride of Britain awards, Laura spoke candidly with the Daily Mail about her aspirations for expanding their family and potentially walking down the aisle. Sporting a substantial ring that prompted engagement speculation, she was quick to clarify: "This isn't an engagement ring, but I am happy with family life."

Laura revealed her hopes for "another baby" and admitted that marriage could be on the horizon, though she suggested it might happen somewhere other than Paris, where they recently witnessed another couple's proposal during their visit.

Reflecting on her transition into the world of football relationships, Laura told The Sun last year: "I guess I'm a WAG now. I actually really like football. I didn't really like it before." She charmingly admitted that the sport previously reminded her of childhood battles over the television remote with her father.

"But now I like going to the games," she continued. "I think he looks very sexy actually because he's quite bossy on the pitch and he's not like that day-to-day. He's such a relaxed, chilled out guy."

Co-parenting Challenges and Unlikely Alliances

Laura shares her daughter Bonnie with former partner Gary Lucy, from whom she separated during her pregnancy. The former couple briefly reconciled after Bonnie's birth before parting ways permanently.

Their separation has been marked by public disputes, with Laura claiming that Gary hasn't seen their daughter in months, while the 43-year-old actor has labelled her a "narcissist". Laura has also expressed frustration about missing work opportunities and quality time with Bonnie, stating that "co-parenting and financial support didn't exist".

The situation took another dramatic turn when Laura formed an unexpected bond with Gary's ex-wife, Natasha, who was married to the actor for 14 years before their 2018 separation. Laura has described Natasha as her "rock" and publicly praised her as "one proud hard working mother".

According to sources, Natasha reached out to Laura recognising similarities in their experiences with Gary, with both women reportedly describing the soap star as "worse than any baddie on TV". The insider revealed that Natasha had "been a rock to her ever since" and that "the women stick together and make sure their children aren't strangers".

Despite the challenges in her previous relationship, Laura appears to have found happiness and stability with Clark, creating a loving home environment in Dundee while balancing motherhood, her career, and her new role as a football partner.
