Jennifer Lopez has officially unveiled her spectacular $21 million Hidden Hills mansion following extensive renovations, showcasing the luxurious property in new aerial photographs. The 56-year-old singer and actress, who recently made her debut at Coachella this month, purchased the spacious home in February 2025 within the exclusive gated community, which also houses celebrities like Kim Kardashian.
A Lavish Property with Privacy and Amenities
The lavish 10,000-square-foot estate is nestled among lush green trees, providing ample privacy for the star. The property boasts horse stables, a private paddock, and several detached outbuildings, adding to its grandeur. In the backyard, a set of winding stairs leads down to a rectangular swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and vibrant green grass.
To the right of the pool, a separate area houses the stables, bordered by more trees, and what appears to be a smaller guest house nearby. Renovations began shortly after Lopez acquired the Hidden Hills home in February 2025, with a source telling the Daily Mail that she is spending significantly to customize the main house, pool house, and guest house to her liking.
The "JLo Touch" in Home Design
The insider explained that Lopez renovates every home she moves into to achieve a specific look, often referred to as the "JLo touch," which personalizes the space. Back in June of last year, construction was evident with tarps covering parts of the property during the renovation process.
This revelation comes amid updates on Lopez's real estate dealings following her split from Ben Affleck. The former couple has been attempting to sell their $61 million marital home, and earlier this month, it was disclosed that Affleck gave his share of the mansion to Lopez. Their divorce was finalized in January of last year, and they initially bought the house in May 2023 for $60,850,000.
Legal Adjustments and Future Plans
Legal documents obtained by the Daily Mail show that Lopez and Affleck amended their property settlement upon divorce. On April 9, they added a "stipulation and order" to modify terms, stating that Lopez will be solely responsible for expenses related to any future sale of her interest in the Wallingford Residence. The agreement, signed by Lopez on March 31 and Affleck on April 1, includes a planned "transfer of property" at an unspecified future date.
Sources told TMZ that Affleck gave up his share for free, allowing Lopez to retain all profits from the eventual sale. While focusing on her Hidden Hills renovations, Lopez has remained busy with her career, making a surprise appearance at Coachella during David Guetta's set to perform their track "Save Me Tonight."
Career Milestones and Upcoming Projects
Lopez dazzled the crowd in a bedazzled bodysuit and over-the-knee boots, celebrating what she calls her "happy era." This followed the completion of her Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on March 28. On Instagram, she reflected on the Coachella experience, emphasizing the joy of surprising herself.
Looking ahead, Lopez is preparing for the release of her Netflix rom-com "Office Romance," set to premiere on June 5. The film stars Brett Goldstein, Betty Gilpin, and others, with a plot centered on Lopez's character, Jackie, who faces challenges with her company's anti-fraternization policy when a new lawyer joins the team.
