TikTok sensation Indy Clinton has publicly responded to allegations that she was under the influence of drugs at the recent 2025 TikTok Awards. The 28-year-old content creator took to social media to set the record straight after a viewer commented she appeared 'cracked out' on the red carpet.
Addressing the 'Cracked Out' Claims
In a candid video, Clinton stated she felt compelled to defend herself against false narratives. 'I don't usually address things like this but I thought I'm going to stand up for myself because I hate when people spread untrue things about me,' she explained. She acknowledged a clip circulating online from the event, attributing her behaviour to sheer exhaustion.
'I'll give you some context, I had been working every day and every night for the last two weeks so I'm extremely tired,' Clinton revealed. She added that she arrived 'super late' to the ceremony, with only five minutes before the red carpet closed, leading to a chaotic and hurried appearance.
'You can hear the photographers fighting with each other because one photographer told me to go to the end. That's why I look so frantic,' she said. The influencer managed just two interviews before being ushered inside.
A Year of Vicious Trolling Over Surgery
While at the awards, Clinton spoke to the Daily Mail about the relentless online abuse she has faced throughout the year following her controversial rhinoplasty in March. The mother-of-three described struggling to cope with brutal comments while balancing motherhood and her thriving career.
After revealing the results of her surgery, she was met with a wave of cruel remarks. Trolls compared her to Michael Jackson and asserted she had 'ruined' her face, while others accused her of lying about the procedure's extent.
Clinton, who had hoped to correct damage from a 2020 surfing accident, joked in a recent video: 'I asked for minor tweaks and I got Cindy Lou? Cindy Who,' referencing a character from *How The Grinch Stole Christmas*.
Planning Revision Surgery Amidst Scrutiny
The procedure left her with significant swelling and uneven nostrils, which became a focal point for negative attention. 'I know I look crazy, guys. It has only been two weeks,' she said during her early recovery. 'I'm still numb but everything will drop slowly. I have a lot of swelling obviously on the outside but also internally which is making my nostrils look uneven.'
The intensity of the comments eventually led her to adopt a defiant attitude. 'Thanks to your comments, which increase my engagement, you guys are the reason you're gonna pay for my next nose job,' she stated, confirming she is already planning revision surgery.
Reflecting on a challenging year, Clinton told the Daily Mail: 'This year I've had a lot of negative feedback and s**t thrown at me.' She added that the experience has built resilience, noting that 'Showing up online is the easy part. Creating content for a community that loves you is easy.'
