Man, 21, Dies in Dublin City Centre Stabbing

A 21-year-old man has died following a stabbing in Dublin city centre in the early hours of this morning. The incident occurred on Clarendon Street, near Grafton Street, at around 3am.

The man, who was working as a promoter in the area, was found in a serious condition and taken to St James's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly afterwards. It is believed he was stabbed multiple times after a fight broke out.

Gardaí have preserved several scenes around Grafton Street for forensic examination, including Johnson's Court, Coppinger Row, and part of Duke Street. At least 20 businesses in the area have closed, with some reopening later and others remaining shut out of respect.
