Dame Joan Collins left The One Show viewers stunned after appearing on the BBC programme, with fans saying they could not believe her age. The 93-year-old actress joined hosts Alex Jones and Roman Kemp on the green sofa alongside actor Adrian Lester on Tuesday evening (June 9).

Before discussing her latest role in the crime film A Murder Between Friends, BBC audiences became preoccupied with her appearance. One viewer remarked, "Not only does Collins look good, but she talks like a much younger person. Very sharp." Another commented, "Cant believe Joan Collins is 93!"

Joan Collins Discusses New Film
Throughout the programme, the actress discussed her new part as she portrays Francesca Carlyle, a renowned TV detective, in the film. She informed Alex and Roman: "This was written for me! She is quite flamboyant and very sassy and has a line of sarcasm that is quite like her cousin Alexis Colby (from Dynasty). Which is how I kind of based her on that in a way, because she is a TV actress, but she also lives in this old castle, which is rumoured to be haunted.
"She rents it out, so this young group of people come, these 20-somethings, to have a holiday, and all of a sudden, some ghastly things start to happen. I won't say what, you have to watch it, but some people do not come out alive. Francesca, who is very smart, decides that she will help them, so she pulls out all the stops."
Film Release Details
While the film has already been released in America since January, it is due to hit UK screens this month, with viewers able to stream it on Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Sky Store, and Virgin Movies. The official synopsis for the film states: "When six friends vacation at the country estate of a true-crime TV star, the last thing they expect to find is someone murdered in a hot tub! Everyone is a suspect as they try to determine who among them would have the means, motive and opportunity."
