An under-the-radar series is steadily climbing the streaming charts, leaving viewers in awe. The new eight-part comedy drama, Margo's Got Money Troubles, follows a young mother named Margo Millet as she struggles to make ends meet while caring for her newborn. She turns to internet sex work, carving out a niche with sci-fi themed content.

The show debuted on Apple TV in mid-April, with new episodes arriving every Wednesday. It has been gradually rising on Apple TV's most-watched list and, according to data from FlixPatrol, is now hot on the heels of the established hit Ted Lasso.

Described as 'extremely funny,' the series boasts an incredible cast, including Nicole Kidman, Nick Offerman, and Michelle Pfeiffer, alongside lead Elle Fanning. Many viewers have called it 'the best cast on TV.'

According to the streamer's synopsis: 'Margo's Got Money Troubles is a bold, heartwarming and comedic family drama following recent college dropout and aspiring writer, Margo (Elle Fanning), the daughter of an ex-Hooter's waitress (Michelle Pfeiffer) and ex-pro wrestler (Nick Offerman), as she's forced to make her way with a new baby, a mounting pile of bills and a dwindling amount of ways to pay them.'

The sixth episode arrives tomorrow (May 6). For those still needing persuasion, the show boasts an impressive 97 per cent Rotten Tomatoes critics' score, while audiences awarded it a solid 81 per cent rating.
