The five potential victims are Megan Walsh (Beth Nixon), Jodie Ramsey (Olivia Frances-Brown), Carl Webster (Jonathan Howard), Theo Silverton (James Cartwright), and Maggie Driscoll (Pauline McLynn). Episodes from Monday to Thursday will build up the chaos before Friday's reveal of which character Betsy (Sydney Martin) found dead on the night of her mother's wedding.
Carla and Lisa's Wedding Drama
Thursday's episode saw Carla Connor (Alison King) and Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) finally marry after a tumultuous journey. Their path to the altar was fraught with drama involving Lisa's supposedly dead ex-wife, Becky Swain (Amy Cudden). Lisa had been uncovering clues suggesting Becky was corrupt before her violent death in a hit-and-run.
In a shocking twist, Becky was revealed to be alive and had faked her death to escape gangsters. She was psychologically disturbed and attempted to drive Carla and Lisa apart by kidnapping Carla and locking her in a closet, using her phone to fake social media activity. Carla's health deteriorated without her anti-rejection medication, but she escaped with help from Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) and revealed everything to Lisa. Becky was ultimately caught and sent to prison.
