Prime Video has released the first trailer for 'Off Campus', a new romance drama based on Elle Kennedy's bestselling book series. The eight-episode show, set to premiere on May 13, follows a quiet university student who fakes a relationship with a hockey athlete to make her crush jealous.
The series stars Ella Bright, known for 'The Crown', alongside Steve Howey ('High Potential') and Belmont Cameli ('Saved by the Bell'). The plot centres on Hannah (Bright), a songwriter at Briar University, who pretends to date star hockey player Garrett (Cameli) in an 'opposites attract' romance.
Fans have reacted enthusiastically to the trailer, with one YouTube commenter writing: 'SCREAMING CRYING DONT TALK TO ME', while another on X simply said: 'I blushed.' The first book in the series holds a four-star rating on Goodreads, with one reader calling it 'addictive'.
