Vogue Williams' Manager Arrives in Australia as Spencer Matthews Skips Jungle Exit
Vogue Williams' Manager Supports Her in Australia

With the first evictions from this year's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! rapidly approaching, presenter Vogue Williams has received support from an unexpected source as her manager touched down in Australia ahead of her potential jungle exit.

Manager Arrives as Husband Stays Away

Vogue Williams' manager and close friend Louisa McDonald was spotted arriving at Brisbane Airport on Wednesday, joining other campmates' loved ones who have flown to Australia. The arrival comes just days before the first public vote of the series could see contestants bidding farewell to the jungle.

The 40-year-old presenter's husband, Spencer Matthews, has notably not made the journey to Australia, despite the tradition of partners greeting celebrities on the famous jungle bridge after their exit. Instead, Spencer remains committed to his extraordinary physical challenge - attempting to complete seven full Ironman triathlons across seven continents in just 21 days.

Spencer's Extreme Challenge Continues

Spencer Matthews completed the fifth leg of his gruelling challenge in Dubai on Wednesday, according to reports. His Dubai triathlon began with a 3.8 km swim in the world's largest manmade lagoon, followed by a 180km bike ride through the surrounding desert, and concluded with a full marathon in hot, humid conditions.

The father-of-three will now travel to Rio de Janeiro to continue his journey on November 28. Spencer, who recently completed 30 marathons in 30 days in the desert and earned a Guinness World Record, is documenting his current triathlon mission on his podcast, Untapped.

Unavoidable Schedule Clash

A source close to the couple revealed that the timing is "unfortunate" but unavoidable, with both Vogue and Spencer committed to projects that cannot be rescheduled. "The timing isn't ideal at all, but sometimes these things happen, and Vogue and Spencer's diaries just clash," the source explained.

"Of course, Spencer would want nothing more than to support Vogue in Australia and be there waiting for her when she leaves the jungle but both committed to their own projects, and unfortunately, the schedules overlap."

The couple's three children will remain in London during both parents' absences, continuing to attend school while supporting their parents from afar by watching Vogue on television whenever possible.

Spencer's absence from Australia marks another chapter in his complicated history with I'm A Celebrity. Back in 2015, two years before meeting Vogue, he was due to join the show as a late arrival but was forced to withdraw after admitting he had taken steroids to "bulk up" for a charity boxing match.

The former Made in Chelsea star has since transformed his lifestyle, massively reducing his alcohol intake and founding alcohol-free brand CleanCo. He told the Daily Mail in July: "I have come from having a shocking relationship with alcohol and feeling quite ashamed of myself actually to now being in a position where I'm really happy and comfortable."

Vogue and Spencer met when they appeared together on Channel 4 reality show The Jump and later married in an intimate ceremony on Spencer's 10,000-acre family estate in Scotland. The presenter was previously married to Westlife singer Brian McFadden before their split in 2015.
