Jungle Fitness Regime Defies Meagre Rice and Beans Diet
Despite surviving on a restricted diet of rice and beans, television personality Vogue Williams took charge of camp morale by leading an energetic workout session during Sunday's episode of I'm A Celebrity. The 40-year-old mother-of-three demonstrated her commitment to maintaining fitness routines even in the challenging jungle environment.
Showcasing her impressively toned physique, Vogue explained to her campmates why she planned to continue exercising throughout her jungle stay. 'I had it in my head I wanted to do a little bits of training whilst I'm here because it's great for the metabolism so the rice and beans won't clog you up as much,' she revealed during the session.
Celebrity Workout Crew Joins In
Vogue wasn't alone in her fitness efforts as several campmates enthusiastically joined the morning exercise routine. Tom Read Wilson, 39, Eddie Kadi, 42, and comedy legend Ruby Wax, 72, all participated in the jungle workout session that included:
- Squats
- Bent over rows
- Lunges
- Glute bridges
During the glute bridge exercises, Vogue offered colourful encouragement to Ruby Wax, saying 'Let's hump for 30… it's so good for your bum' as they worked through the routine together.
Emotional Campfire Moment as Jack Osbourne Opens Up
Later in the episode, the celebrities gathered around the campfire for their morning meeting where Jack Osbourne shared an emotional revelation with the group. The 40-year-old media personality confessed 'Yesterday was a bit of a delicate day for me…I was doing ok, and then I realised it was the four months since my dad died.'
Jack revealed he'd shared a heartfelt moment with campmate Eddie Kadi, explaining 'I had a good cry with Eddie…but ultimately I'm happy, I'm really happy I'm here.' His father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, had died of heart failure aged 76 at his Buckinghamshire home on July 22, just two weeks after performing a farewell concert with his bandmates at Birmingham's Villa Park.
The camp quickly rallied around Jack with support, including from fellow contestant Ginge who offered the comforting words 'men cry too' during the emotional exchange.
Vogue Addresses Marriage Speculation Ahead of Jungle Entry
Ahead of her jungle arrival, Vogue Williams had spoken out to address speculation about her marriage to husband Spencer Matthews. The Irish presenter and Spencer, 37, had faced rumours about their relationship being in trouble after they failed to publicly mark their fifth wedding anniversary in June 2023.
The speculation intensified when Spencer stepped down from their joint podcast, Spencer & Vogue, to focus on his own project called Untapped. However, in an interview with The Sun, Vogue insisted that she and her husband remain 'happy' and that their marriage is 'rock solid.'
Vogue expressed concern about how the baseless gossip might affect their children, saying she worried about them hearing the 'baseless and cruel' rumours at school. She explained her current perspective: 'I feel like I've hit a point in my life where it only matters what I know and what our truth is. When you're in the public eye, you can kind of expect stuff like that. We're happy, our relationship is solid, and we're having a great time, our kids are happy, and that's all that matters.'
The determined presenter had previously told fans the pair are 'very happily married and in love,' though she admitted that denying the rumours didn't necessarily help silence them. When asked if her denials had any effect, Vogue replied 'Of course not! I'll probably not bother next time,' indicating she's learned to focus on what truly matters rather than public perception.
