Morning Live presenter Helen Skelton has candidly addressed the intense speculation surrounding her relationship with co-host Gethin Jones, admitting their close bond can make filming 'tricky'.

In an interview with Prima Magazine, the 42-year-old broadcaster revealed she has been friends with both Gethin Jones and fellow presenter Michelle Ackerley for 25 years. 'The tricky bit is, we're such good mates that sometimes we forget we're on air,' Skelton said. 'I see my work friends as much as I do my real friends.'
