Sharon Osbourne and her daughter Kelly have offered fans a glimpse of their close bond, sharing a humorous social media clip just days after posting emotional tributes to the late rock legend Ozzy Osbourne on his birthday.
A Moment of Levity Amid Grief
On Friday, Sharon, 73, and Kelly, 41, appeared in high spirits in a video posted to Instagram. The mother-daughter duo were joined by their close friend, Heartstopper actor Bradley Riches, 23, at a lavish indoor location. In the clip, which has left fans in stitches, the trio enthusiastically lip-synced to an audio track that joked: 'Name a more iconic duo than a twink, and a redhead.'
Bradley captioned the multi-shared post: 'Reunited and it feels so good✨.' The lighthearted moment appears to show the family enjoying some downtime together ahead of the Christmas season, while still navigating the profound loss of Ozzy.
Touching Tributes to a Rock Legend
The fun clip comes shortly after both Sharon and Kelly marked what would have been Ozzy's 77th birthday on Wednesday. The Black Sabbath icon died of heart failure at his Buckinghamshire home on July 22, merely two weeks after performing a farewell concert with his bandmates at Birmingham's Villa Park.
Sharon shared a moving Instagram tribute, posting a series of loved-up and never-before-seen images of her with her husband. She penned: 'My darling husband, I celebrate the day you were born. I will never let go of your hand until I see you on the other side.' She also posted a video of a floral tribute on Black Sabbath Bridge in Birmingham, set poignantly to his song See You On The Other Side.
The floral display included a sign from four of his six children, reading: 'We love you daddy, love Louis, Aimee, Kelly and Jack.' Kelly posted her own separate tribute, writing: 'Happy birthday I miss you daddy! I love you more than life itself!' alongside childhood snaps. In another post, she shared images from the Birmingham display, stating: 'Life without you is hard but not a day goes by that I don’t dedicate my life to loving you and your legacy!'
A Family Navigating Loss
Ozzy's son Jack was unable to post a tribute as he is currently participating in I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! in Australia. The rock star had faced several health challenges in his final years, including a serious fall at the family home in 2019 which led to a deterioration in his condition.
Following his passing, Sharon publicly thanked fans for their 'overwhelming love and support', admitting she had been 'carried through' by those around her. She confessed she was 'still finding her footing' after losing the husband she often said she lived for. The recent social media posts illustrate a family honouring their beloved patriarch's memory while also finding moments of joy and connection in their shared grief.
