Reality TV favourite Sam Thompson has given fans another glimpse into his blossoming romance with influencer Talitha Balinska, sharing an affectionate snapshot to his Instagram Story.

The 33-year-old television personality, who went public with the 25-year-old model in early December, appeared relaxed and happy in the candid photo. The pair were pictured cuddled up on a sofa during a quiet evening at home. Talitha rested her head on Sam's shoulder, posing for the camera with a pout as Sam beamed a wide smile. The Made In Chelsea star kept the caption simple, adding just a red heart emoji to the loved-up post.
From the Football Stands to Family Christmas
This intimate moment follows a series of public outings that trace the rapid development of their relationship. Just a week prior, Sam introduced Talitha to one of his great passions: his football team, Chelsea FC. The couple attended a home match at Stamford Bridge, with Sam sharing photos of them in matching blue jerseys.
In one mirror selfie, Talitha styled her shirt by rolling it up to reveal her midriff. Sam captioned the pre-game post enthusiastically: 'Game day baby!!!' His mood was slightly tempered by the match result—a 2-2 draw with Bournemouth—which he referenced in a follow-up post joking about it ruining his Christmas holidays.
Despite the score, the date night was clearly a success, coming shortly after the pair spent their first Christmas together as a couple. Festive photos showed them celebrating with Sam's family, including his mother, his sister Louise Thompson, her fiancé Ryan Libbey, and their four-year-old son, Leo. The couple even wore matching candy cane-striped pyjamas for the occasion.

Sam and Talitha finally confirmed they were an item to fans in early December 2024, after several months of dating. Their connection was rekindled after first meeting in 2023 when Talitha modelled for a campaign for Sam and his friend Reza Amiri-Garroussi's sunglasses brand, Dinelli.
At that time, Sam was in a long-term relationship with ex-girlfriend Zara McDermott. The pair had dated for approximately five years, splitting in December 2024. Sam and Talitha were reportedly set up on a date by his former Made In Chelsea co-star Reza, and their romance properly began after Talitha was a surprise guest at Sam's live show at the O2 Arena.
Sam recently discussed the moment he asked Talitha to be his girlfriend on his Staying Relevant podcast with best friend Pete Wicks. He described a low-key approach, saying: 'We just went for dinner, and I was like, "I really like you". And I just went, "I'd love to be your boyfriend".' Pete Wicks humorously lamented that they had 'lost him again to the dark powers of a woman.'
