Fashion designer and reality television star Rachel Zoe has been photographed enjoying an evening out in Los Angeles with musician Michael Pozzi, following her candid discussion about her divorce on the season premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
A Coordinated Night Out in West Hollywood
The 54-year-old style icon was seen leaving the storied Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood on Thursday evening, following an exclusive dinner for the fashion brand ME+EM. Zoe, who recently made her debut on the Bravo reality series, was accompanied by Michael Pozzi of the musical duo Mojave Grey.
For the occasion, the pair coordinated in sleek black outfits. Zoe made a glamorous statement in a sequinned dress paired with a shaggy coat, which she accessorised with a thick gold necklace and platform heels. Pozzi opted for a more subdued look, wearing a thin jacket over a subtly shimmery shirt, which he tucked into belted trousers.
Emotional Revelations on RHOBH Premiere
This public appearance comes just days after Zoe opened up about her separation from husband of 26 years, Rodger Berman, 57, on the premiere of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15. The former couple, who share two sons—Skyler, 14, and Kaius, 11—announced their separation in September 2024.
On the show, Zoe revealed that her children learned of their father's new girlfriend, Bree Jacoby, 36, shortly after the split was made public. "Rodger has had the same girl for a year," she stated. "The kids have known probably for 10 months." Berman and Jacoby made their relationship Instagram official in September 2024.
Reflecting on a 33-Year Relationship
In a teaser clip shared at BravoCon in November, Zoe discussed the emotional complexities of the breakup with friend Kathy Hilton. "I'm trying to look at [Rodger] as a friend... I'm not there yet," she admitted.
She poignantly compared their long relationship to the couple in the romance drama The Notebook, noting they were "married 26 years, together for 33." The stylist, who met Berman while they were students at George Washington University in the early 1990s, reflected on how their relationship evolved.
"We were together for 18 years before we had kids. I think after we had kids... I think it changes, at the end of the day," Zoe explained. "I think we've outgrown each other; we became very different people."
The mother-of-two formally filed for divorce in July of this year. In their joint separation announcement in 2024, the pair emphasised their commitment to co-parenting, writing: "Our number one priority has been and will always be our children. We are committed to co-parent our boys and to continue to work together within the many businesses we share."
As Zoe navigates this new chapter in the public eye, her appearance with Michael Pozzi marks one of her first major social outings since sharing her personal story with millions of viewers on the hit reality series.
