Reality television star and presenter Olivia Attwood has offered fans a candid look into her overwhelmingly busy schedule, revealing the physical toll her demanding career has taken in a new 'day in the life' video.
A Day Packed from Dawn to Dusk
The 34-year-old host of Bad Boyfriends documented a work-packed day that began in the early hours. Olivia kickstarted her morning with a substantial regimen of vitamins and supplements, including an amino acids powder and creatine, joking to her followers that she literally rattles when she walks.
She made a startling admission about the impact of her gruelling diary, confessing she has been 'sick more times this month than she has in her whole life', showcasing a huge bowl of supplements she relies on to maintain her immunity.
After her morning supplements, Olivia took her two dogs, Lola and Stitch, for an early walk. She shared a poignant reflection on personal safety, stating that living in London as a woman comes with an 'overwhelming sense of fear for your safety', describing the city as a 'human cesspit', albeit a pretty one. She did, however, note she feels some protection from her 'big dog privilege'.
From Breakfast with Pals to the Houses of Parliament
Following her walk and a morning coffee, the star filmed promotional content before changing into a chic outfit featuring her long brown coat and beloved Birkin bag. Her day then took a social turn as she met two friends for breakfast at Three Darlings.
The trio later enjoyed a swanky tea at the Carlton Jumeirah Tower in Knightsbridge, where Olivia gushed that the Christmas decorations were so beautiful they made her feel like she was in Kim Kardashian's front room.
Her schedule then took a serious turn with a trip to the Houses of Parliament. Joking with fans that the government had finally realised she could run the country better than Keir Starmer, she clarified the real purpose was a photocall for a significant animal welfare cause.
Olivia was there to announce that The Imports Bill was a step closer to becoming law. This crucial legislation will ban the importation of dogs with cropped ears and docked tails, as well as declawed cats. It will also raise the minimum age for imports from the current 15 weeks to six months.
Campaigns, Radio, and Personal Reflections
Demonstrating her relentless pace, Olivia then drove across London to film another campaign, managing to squeeze in what she described as her 'death row meal', a Caesar salad, for lunch.
The day continued at the KISS FM Studios, where she recorded her weekly radio show and its accompanying podcast with her longtime pal, Pete Wicks. She finally wrapped up her evening with a dinner meeting with her agents, where they plotted the next steps in her lighthearted plans for 'world domination'.
This intense schedule looks set to continue, with reports confirming her plastic surgery documentary, The Price Of Perfection, will return for a third series. She also fronts the documentary series Getting Filthy Rich about the sex industry, which is reportedly getting a fourth series, and the reality show Bad Boyfriends.
Amidst her professional chaos, Olivia recently opened up about facing a 'difficult' six months in her marriage to husband Bradley Dack, a footballer. During an Instagram Q&A, she insisted she would not leave or divorce him, but was candid about the challenges, stating 'marriage is frikinnn hard (no one wants to say that part out loud)'.
She also addressed speculation surrounding her close friendship with Pete Wicks, acknowledging she understood why Bradley was 'upset' after seeing pictures of them cosying up in Ibiza. She clarified that the situation was not as deep as it was made out to be, attributing it to friendly, 'family vibes' on a boat trip.
