Molly-Mae Hague Hosts First Christmas with Tommy Fury's Family in £5m Mansion
Molly-Mae's First Christmas Away From Family in Fury Mansion

Former Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague has announced a significant change to her festive plans this year, revealing she will be hosting her fiancé Tommy Fury's family for Christmas Day. This marks the first time she will spend the holiday away from her own family.

A New Chapter in the £5 Million Mansion

The celebration will take place at the couple's Cheshire property, a £5 million mansion which Molly-Mae has now moved into full-time. The pair, who share two-year-old daughter Bambi, have been diligently renovating the home since rekindling their romance earlier this year after a brief split in 2023.

In a candid YouTube video, Molly-Mae admitted to feeling unprepared for hosting duties. "It's actually hilarious we're hosting Christmas Day because I couldn't be any less organised for that," she said. She added, however, that Tommy's family are "so chilled" and she doesn't believe they are "expecting much."

The cooking responsibilities will be shared, with Tommy's mother handling the meat and potatoes, while Molly-Mae prepares the vegetables. The influencer emphasised that the most important aspect is simply being together.

Renovation Delays and Future Plans

The Christmas gathering comes amidst ongoing renovations at the property. Molly-Mae recently updated followers via a vlog, showing a temporary 'make do' dressing room while her permanent one is constructed. She confirmed the project has faced delays, pushing its completion from Christmas to January.

"We have delays upon delays with everything we have wanted to do to the house," she explained. The couple has a detailed plan for further work, which includes redesigning Bambi's room, a second lounge, a guest room, and eventually the kitchen and all bathrooms.

Molly-Mae is keen on landscaping the garden but revealed she encountered issues with overcharging, claiming some gardeners quoted "triple" the expected amount for the job.

Overcoming a Rocky Year

This festive season represents a period of stability for the couple after a turbulent year. Their relationship faced public scrutiny, with Fury admitting a drinking problem contributed to their difficulties, though he fiercely denied allegations of cheating.

Having met on the 2019 series of Love Island, the pair have since rebuilt their relationship, frequently sharing affectionate moments with their millions of social media followers. Their focus now appears to be on their family and their shared home.

Explaining her decision to spend Christmas with the Fury family, Molly-Mae cited practical reasons in an Instagram Q&A. She noted her sister Zoe and her partner Danny have a new house, and her grandmother, who is in her 90s, is too frail to travel to Manchester.

"It's just the way it worked out!" she wrote, alongside a photo of her large Christmas tree. She also humorously noted that toddler Bambi has been "acting like a teenager" and keeping her on her toes ahead of the big day.
