Reality TV star and influencer Molly-Mae Hague has described a recent family outing as a 'magical day', after visiting the festive Lapland UK attraction with her partner, boxer Tommy Fury, and their two-year-old daughter, Bambi.
A Festive Family Adventure
The 26-year-old former Love Island contestant was spotted looking happier than ever last Thursday, as the trio enjoyed the immersive Christmas experience in Berkshire. The park, known for its reindeer, toy factory, and enchanted forest, provided the perfect backdrop for quality family time.
The family were all smiles as they took part in festive activities, including decorating gingerbread men. Tommy was seen carrying little Bambi through the picturesque, snow-covered forest, while Molly-Mae ensured the special moments were captured, notably carrying her vlogging camera as Bambi met Father Christmas.
Style and Smiles on Show
Molly-Mae cut a stylish yet cosy figure for the wintery day out. She wore a brown zip-front jumper paired with matching tracksuit bottoms, accessorised with chunky silver earrings. Her blonde hair was styled in a sleek low bun, and she carried her belongings in a luxurious £5,000 Chanel brown suede handbag.
Their daughter Bambi looked adorable in a personalised knitted jumper bearing her name, teamed with brown trousers and UGG boots. The toddler later swapped her shoes for a pair of festive Grinch slippers for her meeting with Santa.
"A magical day✨♥️… this December has been so special so far," Molly-Mae later wrote in a social media post, captioning photos from their visit.
Lapland UK: A Celebrity Festive Favourite
The UK-based attraction, billed as a '4.5-hour immersive Santa experience', has become a holiday hotspot for numerous famous faces over the years. Previous visitors include the Prince and Princess of Wales and their children, the Beckhams, the Rooneys, Sir Elton John, David Furnish, and actor Tom Hardy.
Following its success in Berkshire, a second site called Lapland Manchester opened in Siddington, Cheshire, last year. The experience typically includes:
- Children receiving an ‘Elf Passport’.
- A 90-minute show featuring a toy factory and Mother Christmas's Kitchen.
- A meeting with Father Christmas, who gifts children a Golden Bell and a husky soft toy.
- Ice skating on ‘Father Christmas’s Frozen Pond’ and activities in the Elven World.
This festive outing follows another cosy family day the trio enjoyed just last weekend, where they shared snaps of cuddles, hand-holding in the snow, and a ride on a carousel. Tommy posted a heartwarming photo of himself with Bambi, captioned simply 'Always'.
First Christmas Away From Family
In a recent revelation to her Instagram followers, Molly-Mae shared that this year will mark her first Christmas not spent with her own family. Instead, she, Tommy, and Bambi will celebrate at the new home of Tommy's parents, Zoe and Danny.
"Will be the first time ever not spending Christmas with my family, which makes me sad," she explained. She cited her nana being in her 90s and too frail to travel to Manchester, and her parents' recent house move as reasons for the change in tradition.
The influencer added she is looking forward to cooking the Christmas lunch and noted that Bambi has been "acting like a teenager" and keeping her on her toes.
Recent Family Health Worries
The magical day out comes after a period of concern for the family's health. Molly-Mae recently provided an update, explaining that her daughter had been suffering from croup, a common childhood viral infection causing a barking cough, and that Tommy had also been unwell with a severe cold.
Bambi's illness led to a hospital visit earlier this month after the toddler was left 'shaking' and 'crying' in her sleep with a high temperature. Molly-Mae described it as a traumatic time, stating Bambi had "never been this under the weather before" and faced a "full week of bed-bound" recovery.
She later revealed the winter woes had caught up with her too, saying her body "literally hurts to touch." Despite these challenges, the family's festive spirit appears undimmed, as they continue to create special memories together in the lead-up to Christmas.
