Kendall Jenner Denies Facial Surgery, Admits Only to Baby Botox
Kendall Jenner Denies Plastic Surgery Rumours

Supermodel Kendall Jenner has directly confronted the persistent rumours surrounding her appearance, offering a detailed denial of having undergone any facial plastic surgery. The 30-year-old's candid comments come amidst a wave of cosmetic procedure confessions from her famous family.

"I've Never Had Any Work Done": Jenner's Firm Denial

Appearing on the In Your Dreams podcast, Jenner addressed the swirling online speculation head-on. "I'm not going to sit here and convince anyone that I haven't had work. There's a whole world on the internet that thinks I've had full facial reconstruction," she told host Owen Thiele. "I'm just here to tell you the truth, which is the fact that I've never had any plastic surgery on my face. Nothing. I've never had any work done."

When challenged by Thiele, she clarified her stance with a single, specific admission. "I swear to God. Uh, no. I've done two rounds of baby Botox in my forehead. That's it. Only thing I've ever injected," she stated. She added that she wasn't a fan of the treatment, valuing her natural facial movement.

Addressing the Nose Job Theories and Skincare Secrets

Jenner dedicated particular attention to the long-running rumours about her nose, acknowledging that even she can see why people speculate. "I would believe [the theories] if I wasn't me," she admitted. "I look at old photos of me and I'm like, 'Wait, it does look like I have a nose job.' I swear to God, on everything that I love, I've never had a nose job." She attributed any perceived changes to natural maturation and the effects of the acne medication Accutane.

Instead of surgery, Jenner revealed her preference for non-invasive skincare treatments. She cited platelet-rich plasma (PRP) microneedling—the so-called 'vampire facial'—for acne scars, and PRP injections used as a natural filler. "I've injected that like into like my crow's feet or my laugh lines and things like that, but that's the only thing I've ever injected," she explained.

She expressed concern over the impact of online procedure speculation, calling TikTok analyses "damaging" and warning they could pressure young people into unnecessary actions.

Online Skepticism and Broader Revelations

Despite her detailed account, many social media users remained unconvinced. Reactions ranged from sarcastic "Sure sure sure" comments to users posting comparative photos with captions like "Yeah, right." One observer noted, "The denial just fuels the memes even harder."

The podcast also featured Jenner addressing other personal rumours. She forcefully dismissed speculation about her sexuality, stating she does not identify as gay and would not hide it if she did. "Knowing myself, I think at this point in my life I'd be out if I was," she said, criticising the mean-spirited tone of much of the discussion.

Reflecting on her personal life, Jenner described currently being in a "me era" after spending most of her twenties in back-to-back relationships with high-profile figures like Harry Styles, Devin Booker, and Bad Bunny. She revealed feeling she had "a bit more trauma from relationships throughout my 20s than I thought I did," and is now prioritising self-focus and healing.
