Kelly Brook's Cape Town Getaway: Dancing, Beach Fun & I'm A Celeb Revelations
Kelly Brook enjoys boozy dance in Cape Town on holiday

Model and television personality Kelly Brook is soaking up the sun on a carefree holiday in South Africa this week. The 46-year-old was spotted making the most of her weekend in Cape Town, enjoying a lively lunch followed by a picturesque beach stroll.

A Celebratory Lunch and Seaside Stroll

Brook was out celebrating the birthday of celebrity makeup artist Gemma Wheatcroft. Wheatcroft is currently working on the filming of the Love Island: All Stars series, which is taking place in South Africa. For the occasion, Kelly rocked a stylish leopard print dress, accessorising with large sunglasses.

The group enjoyed drinks and food at a lunch spot, where Brook shared videos to her Instagram Story of herself dancing. Following the meal, the party headed to a nearby beach. There, Kelly was seen running along the shore and sharing fun selfies with her friends, fully embracing the holiday spirit.

Rejecting Weight-Loss Jabs and Embracing Body Positivity

The trip comes after a busy end to 2025 for Brook, who took part in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! The Slim Fast ambassador, who has long championed body positivity, revealed she lost a stone during her two-week jungle stint.

In a recent candid discussion on the 'How To Fail With Elizabeth Day' podcast, Kelly disclosed that she was offered the weight-loss injection Mounjaro just before entering the jungle. "I was offered Mounjaro literally last week by a doctor. Isn't that insane?" she said.

Brook questioned the need for it, recalling the doctor's comment that "everyone's on it." She pressed for side effects and was told there were none, a claim she was sceptical of. "I don't comply," she stated, explaining that she often turns down such offers. While open to some cosmetic procedures, she firmly draws the line at using weight-loss jabs.

Setting the Record Straight on I'm A Celeb Feud

Kelly left the jungle in December as the fourth campmate to be voted off. Her time in camp was marked by apparent tension with fellow contestant Jack Osbourne, particularly over cooking duties. The friction prompted Jack's sister, Kelly Osbourne, to label Brook a "bully" to her millions of followers.

However, Brook has since moved to clarify her relationship with Jack. Speaking to the Daily Mail, she said, "Jack honestly, we get on so well. I probably got on with him the best out of everyone." She attributed the early tension to both trying to find their roles in camp life.

Kelly explained that as someone who cooks and cleans at home, she initially felt disorientated when that role was taken over. "In the end, I loved sitting back and watching people cook for me," she laughed. Jack Osbourne later echoed her sentiments upon his own exit, telling The Sun that Brook was "awesome" and they got on great, dismissing any feud.

Now, away from the jungle drama, Kelly Brook is clearly relishing her well-deserved break in the South African sunshine.
