Love Island star Kady McDermott has confirmed she is back together with her millionaire ex-boyfriend Henry Simmons, with the pair making a major life change by relocating to Dubai for a fresh start.
From Heartbreak to Reconciliation
The reality TV personality, who first found fame on the 2016 series of the ITV2 show, had previously sworn off men after her short-lived romance with Simmons allegedly ended due to infidelity. The couple had begun dating in September 2024, but by early the following year, Kady announced she was single.
She did not hold back at the time, telling her TikTok followers she had caught 'two girls leaving his house Saturday morning whilst he was in his boxers'. In a further social media post, she declared, 'If any of you see me with a man again, just know I was held hostage', adding that you 'can't change their bad morals'.
A Surprising New Chapter in Dubai
Despite the very public fallout, the couple have now rekindled their relationship. Kady, 30, confirmed the reconciliation by posting a photo of herself lying next to Henry.
A source told The Sun: 'She’s back with Henry and they’re living in Dubai together. She’s moved her whole life to be with him, so everyone’s hoping it all works out this time as they’re so on and off.'
Kady has been documenting the international move to her followers, sharing snaps and videos of the process, which included transporting her Pomeranian dog to the United Arab Emirates.
A History of On-Again, Off-Again Relationships
This is not the first time Kady's love life has been turbulent. After her initial stint on Love Island in 2016, she returned for the All Stars series in 2023, where she coupled up with Scottish footballer Ouzy See.
That relationship was also short-lived, ending just days after they appeared together on the Aftersun reunion special. Reports at the time suggested the split was due to Ouzy's alleged disloyalty, with a source claiming he had met up with another woman shortly after returning to the UK.
Now, all eyes are on Kady and Henry as they attempt to make their romance work in their new Dubai home.
