Brooklyn Beckham urged by fans to reconcile with David and Victoria after festive cooking video
Fans urge Brooklyn Beckham to end family feud with parents

Brooklyn Beckham has been inundated with pleas from concerned fans to reconcile with his estranged parents, David and Victoria Beckham, after he shared a festive cooking video on Instagram.

Festive Post Sparks Pleas for Reconciliation

The 26-year-old aspiring chef posted a clip of himself preparing beer-brined chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables, wishing his followers a 'Happy holidays'. However, the focus swiftly shifted from his culinary efforts to the ongoing family rift.

The comments section was flooded with messages urging Brooklyn to reach out to his mother and father. Fans implored him with comments such as: 'Go and see your parents, you will regret it later in life ❤️', 'Talk to your mother!!!', and 'Call your mum .. you only get one and life’s too short !'.

A Deepening Family Divide

Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, are at the centre of a spiralling family feud that has seen them miss all key Beckham family events over the past year. These notable absences included David's 50th birthday celebrations and the ceremony last month where he received his knighthood.

The separation is reportedly 'taking its toll' on David, 50, and Victoria, 51, especially in the lead-up to Christmas. Brooklyn is expected to spend the festive period with Nicola and her family in Miami, while the rest of the Beckham clan celebrates together in the UK.

Sources close to the couple say they are finding the estrangement harder than ever, particularly after Brooklyn missed watching his father receive his knighthood and his football team, Inter Miami, win the MLS title.

Olive Branches from the Beckham Family

Several family members have recently made public gestures seemingly aimed at reconciliation. His brother, Cruz, 20, extended an olive branch by sharing a childhood home video clip of himself with Brooklyn on Sunday. This was his second reference to Brooklyn in as many weeks.

David Beckham also appeared to make an attempt at reaching out over social media last week. He shared a nostalgic collage comparing recent family photos with throwback shots of him and his sons, including Brooklyn, from his playing days with LA Galaxy, captioned 'License to cry'.

Perhaps the most poignant hint came from Brooklyn's grandmother, Jackie. She subtly signalled her hope for his return by hanging his personalised Christmas stocking on her fireplace alongside those of his siblings and cousins. Insiders claimed this was a deliberate message to show Brooklyn he is missed and that 'the door is always open'.

Friends of the family reveal that both grandmothers, Jackie and David's mother Sandra, are 'very sad' about the rift, as they were exceptionally close to Brooklyn. The source added, 'They’re not getting any younger and the cold truth of it all is that nobody knows when they will see Brooklyn next.'

While David and Victoria are reportedly making peace with the situation, the hope for a family reconciliation, especially for the sake of the grandparents, remains a poignant subplot to the Beckhams' Christmas.
