"I had liposuction years ago," Nader admitted. "And I forever regret it because I just didn't need it. I feel like it created dimples and ripples and things. We just got to do less with all that and be healthy." This honesty adds to her previous openness about other cosmetic procedures, including a nose job and Botox.

Last December, Nader took a step back from cosmetic enhancements by dissolving her lip filler, describing it as a "Christmas present" to her parents.
