Beyoncé Promotes Cécred Haircare in Lingerie and Stockings

Global superstar Beyoncé set social media alight this week with a series of stunning promotional images for her inclusive haircare brand, Cécred. The 44-year-old singer shared an album of snaps to Instagram on Monday, captivating fans while wearing elegant lace lingerie and stockings.

A Glamorous Launch for Cécred

In the visually arresting photographs, Beyoncé showcased bouncy blonde curls at a launch event for her haircare line. She paired a sophisticated beige bustier with matching shorts and sheer stockings, creating a cohesive and chic ensemble. Adding dramatic height to her frame, the icon slipped into towering nude stilettos and draped a matching dress coat casually over her shoulders.

Behind the Scenes of the Perfect Style

Prior to the photoshoot, Beyoncé was filmed in her dressing room having her hair styled with a pair of thin curlers, offering a glimpse into the preparation behind her flawless look. The Cécred brand caption accompanying the post highlighted the specific products used to achieve her voluminous bounce.

'Our founder, Beyoncé, uses our THERMAL SHIELD MIST, VOLUMIZING MOUSSE, and FLEXIBLE HOLD HAIRSPRAY to get the perfect bounce and volume,' the brand wrote, emphasising the right way to approach heat styling.

Jay-Z's Paternal Pride and Defence

This glamorous reveal follows recent comments from Beyoncé's husband, Jay-Z, who spoke out strongly in defence of their daughter Blue Ivy's work ethic. In a rare interview with GQ magazine, the 56-year-old rapper addressed critics who suggested their 14-year-old daughter did not earn her place as a backup dancer on Beyoncé's recent world tours.

Blue Ivy's Journey on Stage

Blue Ivy performed alongside her mother during the back-to-back Renaissance and Cowboy Carter tours in 2023 and 2025. Jay-Z, born Shawn Carter, described witnessing a significant transformation in his daughter between the first and second tours.

'On the first tour there was a lot of conversation around her first performance, and she worked really hard to get to that point, but she still wasn't going for it. She still was going through the motions,' he recalled. 'And then she just started fighting back. I saw her fight maybe for the first time in her life – like, not everything is just given to her and everything is easy. She fought for it.'

A Protective Father's Perspective

The proud father also revealed his protective instincts, noting he had to intervene on which songs were appropriate for his teenage daughter to perform. 'She's almost on every number. I had to take her off some, like, 'Man, you can't be on that stage when [Beyoncé's] singing 'Six-inch heels…'; are you crazy?'' he explained.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé are also parents to eight-year-old fraternal twins, Rumi and Sir. The father-of-three expressed immense pride in Blue Ivy's growth, calling it 'amazing' to witness.

Recognising Natural Talent and Hard Work

Elsewhere in the interview, Jay-Z shared that his eldest child possesses remarkable musical ability. 'She is a crazy pianist,' he revealed, though she resists formal lessons to keep it from feeling like a job. 'But she has perfect pitch. If she hears a song, she'll be like, 'play it again,' and then she'll teach herself. That's just talent, she doesn't work at that.'

He drew a clear distinction regarding her dancing, however, stating emphatically: 'She worked at this, and it makes me proud that she fought for something that she really wanted to do. I don't think we're going to be able to get her off that stage now.'
