Ant McPartlin Takes a Punchy Break from the Jungle
Ant McPartlin, one of the beloved hosts of ITV's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!, was seen trading the jungle for the boxing ring during a break from filming. The television presenter, who recently celebrated his milestone 50th birthday, engaged in a brutal and sweaty workout at a local boxing club in Australia.
A Sweaty Session Down Under
On 20 November, the star was photographed in the midst of an intense training session. McPartlin donned a black workout top, black shorts, and silver boxing gloves, throwing hooks and uppercuts with gusto. His footwear consisted of white trainers and socks adorned with blue stripes at the ankles. The physical exertion was evident, with images capturing the presenter looking weary and short of breath at times, though he was also frequently seen beaming with enjoyment.
He was accompanied by one of his bodyguards, who was equally drenched in sweat. The security professional wore a soaked cream vest, teal shorts, and black trainers. A visual contrast was noted in their hand wraps, with Ant opting for red tape while his training partner used purple.
Life in Camp and a Host's Haven
The boxing club is located in Cabarita, a beach town in northeastern New South Wales, Australia. This area serves as the home base for Ant and his co-host, Declan Donnelly, while they film the hit ITV show, which is currently in its first week.
Meanwhile, back in the jungle, the campmates have already generated headlines. Jack Osbourne and Kelly Brook clashed in an incident fans have called 'potato-gate', leading to an emotional apology from Brook. Following this, Osbourne delegated his cooking duties to fellow campmates Alex Scott and Shona McGarty.
In a more serious turn, Jack Osbourne also broke down on camera discussing the recent death of his father, which occurred in July this year. This prompted discussion about whether it was too soon for him to be on the programme, with presenter Alison Hammond commenting that she found it "quite painful seeing his pain on camera."
As the drama unfolds in the jungle, Ant McPartlin's intense boxing session shows how the hosts unwind and maintain their energy away from the demanding filming schedule.
