Jeffrey Epstein's Alleged Secret Child Revealed in New Court Files
Newly released documents concerning the late paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein contain startling allegations that he fathered children, including one reportedly taken from a teenage mother moments after birth. The three million files, disclosed by the US Department of Justice, include multiple references to paternity from alleged victims, challenging previous assumptions that Epstein had no offspring.
Teen Victim's Harrowing Diary Entry Details Birth
Among the documents is a diary entry from a woman who claims she gave birth to Epstein's daughter in 2002 when she was just 16 or 17 years old. She alleges that her baby was removed from her only ten minutes after delivery, with Epstein's associate Ghislaine Maxwell present at the birth.
The victim's poignant account reads: "She was born, I heard her cries! I saw this tiny head and body in between the doctor’s hands. Ghislaine said she was beautiful. Where is she?" Another segment reveals her distress: "The piano and music comments are made to convince me this is right and will create perfect offspring he calls them ‘superior gene pool?’ Why me?? My eye color, my eye color? I miss the person I was before I was made into what feels like a human incubator."
Legal and Investigative Context of the Allegations
The woman's legal representatives, Wigdor LLP, provided the diary to federal prosecutors during the investigation into Epstein and Maxwell. This adds a layer of official scrutiny to the claims, though the child's current whereabouts and identity remain unknown.
Further evidence within the files includes a video showing a DNA paternity test, lending scientific weight to the paternity allegations. Additionally, message threads reveal communications that mention Epstein having a child.
Royal Connections and Email Exchanges
In one message, believed to be from Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, she references being informed by Prince Andrew about Epstein's "baby boy." The message states: "Don’t know if you are still on this bbm [BlackBerry Messenger] but heard from The Duke that you have had a baby boy. Even though you never kept in touch, I still am here with love, friendship and congratualtions [sic] on your baby boy. Sarah xx."
An email sent shortly after appears to accuse Epstein of using the relationship to access Prince Andrew, reading: "You have disappeared. I did not even know you were having a baby. It was sooooo crystal clear to me that you were only friends with me to get to Andrew." The child mentioned would now be approximately 14 years old.
Epstein's Attempts to Influence Public Perception
The released emails also indicate that Epstein sought to manipulate public opinion. He reportedly wanted Sarah Ferguson to issue a statement declaring he was "not a pedo" and claimed she had been "duped" into believing false allegations against him. This highlights his efforts to control the narrative surrounding his crimes.
Jeffrey Epstein died in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, leaving many questions unanswered. These new documents shed further light on the depths of his alleged misconduct and the ongoing impact on his victims.
