Man Arrested Following Fatal Horse and Cart Collision with E-Bike Cyclist in East London
A 25-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of wanton and furious driving after a tragic incident in which a horse and cart collided with an e-bike cyclist, resulting in the cyclist's death. The Metropolitan Police were called to reports of the crash on Folly Lane in Chingford, east London, on Wednesday evening.
Cyclist Pronounced Dead at the Scene
The cyclist, identified as a 46-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene following the collision.
