A travel expert has revealed a simple trick to avoid buying overpriced bottled water at airports. TikTok user @hangrybynature shared three life-changing tips for flying, including carrying an empty reusable water bottle through security.
Once past security checks, travellers can fill their bottles at water fountains found throughout the terminal. This hack saves money on expensive airport water, which is often sold at inflated prices. Purchasing water on the plane can also be costly.
Another tip involves using the latch on the armrest to slide in and out of an aisle seat more easily, especially when other passengers are waiting or the service trolley is passing.
