Dave Portnoy, a Massachusetts native and lifelong Patriots supporter who graduated from Michigan the same year as Brady, expressed his profound disappointment in a social media post on Monday. 'It's starting to sound like a broken record here, where Tom Brady is slighting the New England Patriots...,' Portnoy declared. 'It's just one thing after another, to the point that if you're a Patriots fan, you can come to no other conclusion other than that he hates the New England Patriots. It's not an accident.'
Portnoy's frustration escalated to symbolic defiance, referencing a recently unveiled bronze statue of Brady. 'We just put up a statue of the guy,' he stated. 'I say tear it down.'
