In a tragic turn of events, a Kentucky couple made the difficult decision to report a foul smell emanating from their farm property, ultimately leading to the arrest of their son for murder. The Initial Discovery and Police Involvement
David Sparks' parents contacted law enforcement after detecting a persistent and concerning odor on their rural property in 2019. This action came despite their awareness that it might implicate their son, who lived nearby. Shortly after the report, police discovered the decomposing body of Savannah Spurlock buried in a shallow grave on the farm.
