Former X Factor Finalist Arrested After Car Rams Pedestrians in Soho
Ex-X Factor Star Arrested for Soho Car Attack on Influencers

In a shocking incident that has gripped the social media world, the driver of a car filmed ploughing into three pedestrians outside a Soho nightclub has been identified as an influencer and former X Factor finalist. Gabrielle Carrington, 29, known online as RIELLEUK, allegedly struck fellow Instagram and TikTok star Klaudiaglam, along with another woman and a man in his 50s, in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Critical Condition and Life-Changing Injuries

Klaudiaglam, whose real name is Klaudia Zakrzewska, is currently in a critical condition in hospital following the alleged attack outside the Inca nightclub. The Polish-born influencer, who boasts 258,000 followers on Instagram, had been out with friends on Saturday night. Meanwhile, the man in his 50s, who was unlocking his e-scooter at the time, sustained life-changing injuries and was rushed to hospital. Another woman in her 30s received treatment for minor injuries.

Heated Argument Precedes Collision

Authorities believe that Carrington and Zakrzewska were involved in a heated argument outside the club prior to the collision. Emergency services were called to Argyll Street in central London at approximately 4:30 am on Sunday after reports of a car colliding with pedestrians. Graphic video footage circulating online captures the terrifying moment a black vehicle drives into the group, with Zakrzewska seen being knocked down and trapped under the car as bystanders rushed to assist.

Arrest and Charges

Gabrielle Carrington was arrested at the scene on suspicion of attempted murder, grievous bodily harm, dangerous driving, and drink-driving. She remains in police custody, and officers have confirmed that the incident is not being treated as terror-related. Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell of Specialist Crime South stated, 'As our enquiries continue, our thoughts are with those injured and their loved ones.' She urged witnesses to come forward, emphasizing that any information could be crucial for investigators.

Background of the Accused

As a teenager, Carrington made it to the live finals of The X Factor in 2013 as part of the girl group Miss Dynamix, impressing judges including Gary Barlow. More recently, she has built a career as an influencer, amassing 362,000 followers on Instagram. Her social media profiles feature poses beside a black Mercedes, similar to the vehicle involved in the collision. The incident unfolded on Argyll Street, a busy stretch linking Oxford Street with Great Marlborough Street, where venues were still open at the time.

This case highlights the dark side of celebrity culture and social media influence, with a community now rallying around the victims as the investigation continues.
