Prenell Rousseau, aged 30, was struck by a Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) train at approximately 5:38 a.m. on Wednesday morning, according to statements from local officials.

In 2020, Rousseau was arrested following multiple uninvited visits to Billie Eilish's family home. Court documents reveal that Eilish alleged Rousseau exhibited "erratic behavior" during court proceedings, heightening concerns for her family's safety.
Specifically, in early May 2020, Rousseau allegedly approached the Eilish residence seven times over just two days. During his initial visit, he rang the doorbell and communicated with Eilish's father via a surveillance camera, insisting he was supposed to be there despite being told he had the wrong house.

Later that same evening, Rousseau returned, prompting the family to contact a private security company for assistance. In court records, Eilish described how Rousseau remained on their porch, sat down to read a book, and engaged in a periodic monologue, refusing repeated requests from her father to leave.
