The ambitious plan includes a landmark partnership with tech giant Microsoft to develop an AI-powered system, known as the Digital Public Infrastructure. This system is designed to streamline cumbersome bureaucratic processes, making governance more efficient and transparent for its citizens.

PM Rama, a former basketball player and artist, argues that Albania's digital transformation is not just an administrative upgrade but a powerful political statement.
