Victoria Beckham has revealed her go-to breakfast, prepared by husband David: avocado on Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Wholegrain Bread, which she calls 'biblical' bread. The meal totals around 240-250 calories. While nutritionists acknowledge its healthy fats and fibre, they warn it lacks protein and may not keep her full until lunch.

Registered Nutritionist Charlotte Faure Green described the meal as 'nutritionally solid' but low in protein, which is key for satiety. She suggested adding two poached eggs or smoked salmon to boost protein content. Helen Ruckledge of FadFree Nutrition noted the bread's nutritional profile is similar to standard supermarket seeded bread, despite costing six times more.

Victoria's friend Eva Longoria revealed they also enjoy egg whites and avocado together, a breakfast that would be around 300 calories. Nutritionist Jenna Hope commented on the importance of protein for satiety, echoing the concerns about Victoria's current breakfast choice.
