For most people, the idea of spending a night in an abandoned hospital is the stuff of nightmares. But for one daring urban explorer, it became a week-long reality filled with unexplained occurrences and bone-chilling encounters.
The Decision to Stay
"I'd explored derelict buildings before, but never stayed overnight," the adventurer explains. "There was something about this particular hospital that drew me in. Maybe it was the peeling wallpaper that still held traces of its former life, or the eerie silence broken only by the occasional creak of rotting floorboards."
