Last month, Vicky broke down in tears during a sweet moment on her new show which aired this week as she realised that she would like to adopt with her husband Ercan Ramadan. Vicky is starring in a new series called Vicky Pattison: Maybe Baby? where she explores if she wants to start a family or not after getting married in 2024.

Wednesday night's episode saw her discuss the options of surrogacy and adoption as a means to having kids. She met with one woman who had adopted her kids and had a really positive experience. Vicky became emotional as she spoke to her and when they left her house she told Ercan: 'This is the first moment I've thought I could do that', as her husband agreed with her.

While they haven't ruled out adoption in the future, the end of the episode saw them both break down in tears as they agreed they'd like to try and have a baby naturally themselves first. Heading out on a date night the couple finally made a decision after discussing their options with family and friends. Vicky told him: 'I want a family and I want to be a mam.'

Ercan echoed her thoughts and said: 'I think we should try and have a baby this year.' Vicky did admit: 'I'm still scared!', as Ercan agreed, saying: 'Yeah I'm terrified!'

On Tuesday, Vicky opened up on the backlash she faced for freezing her eggs at the age of 35. She appeared on This Morning alongside Ercan to discuss what viewers can see in the Channel 4 series, including her looking at her frozen eggs. It prompted Vicky to open up on the backlash she faced from some fans following the decision, including 'abuse' from other women online.

The TV star told hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary: 'It was about three, four years ago when Ercan and my relationship, in my opinion, was just in its infancy. We wanted to give our relationship a chance to develop and see what was there before we rushed our timeline and had kids, and that was our choice. I was also aware of this ticking biological body clock, the pressure that's put on you by society to have it all figured out as a woman, so we thought we'd do in our head the responsible thing, and the privileged thing quite rightly, and freeze my eggs.'

'We were really excited, but fertility in general is a very sensitive subject, and infertility too understandably, and we anticipated it being quite triggering for some but what we didn't anticipate was that our decision would create negative backlash. I thought we were presenting this different opportunity for women, you know, if you're not quite sure if you haven't met the right man, or you're focused on your career, don't rush and freeze your eggs if you're in a position to. But I wasn't prepared for the negative discourse around it online.'
