Zendaya's Stylist Claims Secret Wedding to Tom Holland After Ring Speculation
Zendaya's Stylist Claims Secret Wedding to Tom Holland

Stylist's Red Carpet Revelation Sparks Marriage Frenzy

Zendaya may have subtly hinted at a significant relationship development weeks before her longtime stylist appeared to confirm it publicly. On Sunday, the acclaimed actress's frequent collaborator Law Roach ignited a media storm when he asserted on the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards that Zendaya and her partner Tom Holland had already exchanged vows.

'The Wedding Has Already Happened'

'The wedding has already happened. You missed it,' Roach informed Access Hollywood during the prestigious event. When questioned further about his statement, he added with an amused laugh, 'It's very true.' Representatives for both Zendaya and Holland have been contacted by The Daily Mail for comment regarding these claims.

Roach's surprising remarks arrive just weeks after renewed speculation erupted in February, when Zendaya was photographed in Beverly Hills wearing a simple gold band on her left-hand ring finger. This notably replaced the dazzling diamond ring she first showcased at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards. The understated new ring immediately fueled widespread rumors that the couple, both aged 29, might have secretly married.

Engagement Whispers and Public Confirmations

At the time of the ring sighting, neither celebrity addressed the growing speculation directly. Whispers about their engagement initially gained serious traction at last year's Golden Globes, when Zendaya stepped onto the red carpet wearing that striking diamond ring. The pair later confirmed they were engaged after Holland reportedly proposed in an intimate setting during 2024.

Months afterward, Holland seemed to casually confirm the shift in their relationship status during a public panel appearance. When an off-camera reporter referred to Zendaya as his 'girlfriend', Holland corrected him with a laugh, stating: 'Fiancée.'

From Co-Stars to Confirmed Couple

The couple first met in 2016 after being cast opposite each other in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Romance rumors began swirling the following year as insiders claimed the young co-stars had grown exceptionally close during filming, bonding over their shared experience of navigating global fame at a young age.

In 2017, reports surfaced that they had vacationed together, though both publicly downplayed any romance at the time. Zendaya even joked on Twitter that if such a trip had occurred, she must have forgotten her own invitation. Nevertheless, their undeniable chemistry during press tours, from playful social media exchanges to affectionate birthday tributes, kept fans guessing for years.

They eventually confirmed their relationship in July 2021 after being photographed kissing in a car. Despite their high-profile status, both have consistently emphasized their desire to keep their private life as protected as possible.

Balancing Public Careers with Private Romance

'Honestly, I know people might think it's awkward,' Zendaya previously told the Daily Mirror about working alongside Holland. 'On set, he has this huge calming presence that not only puts me at ease but also everybody he works with.' She added warmly, 'I might be a little biased but he is not only my favorite person, he is my favorite person to work with.'

Addressing how they balance public careers with a private romance, Zendaya explained: 'Neither of us want to hide and not live our lives and do normal things, like go out for dinner, but at the same time, we want to protect our privacy. You have to accept that to a degree, some aspects of your privacy are going to be out of your control. But the parts that are in our control, we fiercely protect.'

Transatlantic Lifestyle and Professional Collaborations

When they aren't filming, the couple split their time between Holland's home in Richmond, West London, and Zendaya's home base in California. The Oakland-born actress has expressed her love for living in England and has reflected candidly on growing up in the spotlight after landing her breakout role on Disney Channel's Shake It Up.

'I have a really complicated relationship when it comes to starting in the industry so young,' she said. 'On one hand, I am grateful for the opportunities and experience; then, on the other, there is no doubt I missed out on a lot of regular teenage stuff.'

Professionally, the pair continue to collaborate frequently. They are set to star in Christopher Nolan's upcoming epic The Odyssey, which premieres July 17, and will reunite on screen once again in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, due out July 31. Zendaya is also preparing for the third and final season of Euphoria, while her film The Drama, in which she stars opposite Robert Pattinson as a bride-to-be whose relationship unravels before her wedding, is slated to premiere April 3.
