Victoria, known as Posh Spice, posted a carousel of photographs of Sir David on Instagram, writing: "You are our world, our everything. We love you so much!!! Happy birthday to the best husband, daddy, son, brother, and friend. To the kindest most generous soul. We will spoil you all day!!!! Nobody deserves it more than you."
The celebrity couple, famously called Posh and Becks, have four children together: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper. Lady Beckham also shared a video of Sir David carrying two boxes containing chickens, which she said were birthday gifts "from the boys."
