Fitness guru and former Biggest Loser trainer Tiffiny Hall has proven that holiday mode doesn't mean skipping workouts, showcasing a incredibly toned physique during her family trip to Bali.

The 41-year-old mother of two took to a deserted beach on Wednesday, filming herself as she enjoyed the Indonesian sunshine. Hall displayed the results of her daily exercise regimen, wearing a pink striped bikini that highlighted her tanned and athletic figure.
Smiling for the camera in stylish sunglasses and a straw hat, she accessorised with beaded necklaces and walked barefoot along the sand. In the social media reel, she also spun her camera around to share the serene coastal view with her followers.
A Holiday of Hard Work Pays Off
This beachside display comes just a week after Hall stunned fans by revealing her defined six-pack abs in a poolside photo. The fitness influencer has been documenting her family holiday frequently, with many posts featuring her husband of eleven years, Ed Kavalee, 46, and their two children: eight-year-old son Arnold and three-year-old daughter Vada.
Despite the relaxed setting, Hall has maintained a strict fitness routine, working out every single day of the trip to maintain her impressive condition.
A Gladiators-Inspired Love Story
The personal trainer's romance with her now-husband began in an unusual way. Ed Kavalee, a radio host for 2DayFM, first saw Hall when she was competing as the Gladiator 'Angel' on the TV show Gladiators.
"I'm going to marry that girl on the TV," Kavalee reportedly told himself at the time, as he later revealed on Hall's podcast, Bounce Forward, in 2024. He devised a plan to interview her, but their first meeting didn't go as smoothly as hoped.
"I didn't even remember meeting him, to be honest. But he didn't give up," Hall admitted. After several more invitations to appear on his radio show, she finally understood his interest. "I said to him 'look, do you want my number?'" she explained. The pair eventually married in 2014 and have been together ever since.
