Tallia Storm Breaks Silence on Brooklyn Beckham Family Feud

Singer Tallia Storm has publicly declared her allegiance following Brooklyn Beckham's recent explosive comments about his family, firmly positioning herself as 'Team Brooklyn'. The 27-year-old musician, who has consistently maintained she had a teenage romance with Brooklyn in 2014, has now made startling claims about Victoria Beckham's alleged opposition to their relationship.

Victoria Beckham's Alleged Intervention

Ten years after their supposed breakup, the Celebs Go Dating star has revealed that Victoria Beckham never warmed to her, despite Tallia describing Brooklyn as her 'first love'. Recalling a specific incident, Tallia explained they had planned to attend the Global Gift Gala, an event hosted by Victoria's close friend Eva Longoria.

'I was meant to sit next to Brooklyn, we were all super excited,' Tallia told the Mirror. 'And then he messaged me on the night itself, when I was already inside, saying, "my mum won't let me come, I'm sorry." Obviously, Victoria didn't like me or whatever.'

Paparazzi Incident and Security Concerns

The singer, discovered by Elton John at age 13, also recounted the first time she and Brooklyn were photographed together. She revealed that when she was scheduled to perform at a concert, Victoria allegedly insisted on sending a security team to assess the venue. According to Tallia, shortly after leaving with the security team, they were confronted by paparazzi.

Her mother, branding specialist Tessa Hartmann CBE, allegedly made enquiries and was told that Victoria's team had informed photographers of their location. Tallia believes this early association with Brooklyn has followed her throughout her career, often leading to damaging assumptions about her motivations.

Brooklyn's Family Rift Statement

Tallia's comments follow Brooklyn's astonishing Instagram rant against his parents on Monday night. In a six-page statement, he declared he has no wish to reconcile with his family and is standing up for himself 'for the first time in my life'. He claimed his parents have 'controlled narratives about our family' and have tried to ruin his relationship with wife Nicola Peltz.

'My family values public promotion and endorsements above all else,' Brooklyn wrote. 'Brand Beckham comes first. Family "love" is decided by how much you post on social media.' He added that the narrative about his wife controlling him is 'completely backwards', stating he has been controlled by his parents for most of his life.

Brooklyn's Previous Denial and Tallia's Response

In 2018, while dating actress Chloe Grace Moretz, Brooklyn denied ever being in a relationship with Tallia during an Instagram Live video, insisting he wasn't a 'liar'. Tallia responded angrily at the time: 'It's like he's dumped me again! You dump me once, three years ago, and now you dump me again!'

She continued: 'I saw the video last night – you can tell he's so bothered. This proves he is just a boy and I am looking to date a man. I found it really hard to open up after what happened.'

Details of Their Alleged Romance

Tallia shared intimate details about their supposed relationship, describing it as 'puppy love' that they kept private. 'We dated, it was puppy like. We kept our love all very private. We were only spotted together once,' she gushed. 'His dad used to drop him off at my house and I'd go to his. I have nothing but respect for his mum and dad.'

The romance allegedly ended when she saw him in the papers with another girl. Tallia channelled her heartbreak into songwriting, revealing her single Still In Love is about her 'puppy love' with Brooklyn.

Tallia's Career Moves and Hollywood Ambitions

Away from the Beckham drama, Tallia has been pursuing her Hollywood ambitions. In January last year, she moved to Los Angeles for six months to shoot a top-secret big-budget limited series, describing it as a romcom where she feels she'll be 'playing myself'.

The pop star-turned-presenter has been establishing herself on screen, recently quitting her Capital Scotland breakfast show role in March 2024 after what she called the 'best year of my life' returning to Scotland. She released her latest single Ballers the same month, calling it her 'most favourite song I've ever written'.

Industry Recognition and Future Plans

In 2022, Tallia revealed it has taken 'years' to get into rooms with big producers who have worked with artists like BTS and Dua Lipa. 'Literally just ten years of hassle,' she said. 'People think this happens overnight, it does not.' The determined musician insisted that recognition will come with time and more collaborations.

Daily Mail has contacted Victoria's representatives for comment regarding Tallia's claims.
