In a heartwarming social media reveal, Adrian Anchondo, the star of the long-running soap General Hospital, has publicly confirmed his romantic relationship with Colton Little, known for his role on Days of Our Lives.
Instagram Reveal of a Soap Opera Romance
The 42-year-old actor shared the news with fans through a candid Instagram album posted on 30 December. The collection of images and videos documented the couple's festive holiday escapades, offering a glimpse into their private getaway in Florida and Puerto Rico.
The suite of photos prominently featured Little, 36, with the two men showcasing their chiselled physiques in several shirtless, affectionate embraces. One playful video clip captured Anchondo performing an impromptu pole dance around a flagpole, with Little's audible giggles heard from behind the camera. Another intimate moment showed the pair sheltering from a tropical downpour, standing close together under an awning as rain poured down just inches away.
New Year Celebrations and Career Crossroads
Anchondo encapsulated the joyous trip in his caption, writing: 'This Christmas made my heart pop. Thank you Puerto Rico and Florida.' The celebrations continued into the New Year, with both actors sharing a clip to their Instagram Stories on 1 January. The romance blossomed from a professional connection. Anchondo, who joined General Hospital in early 2025 as Marco Rios, reached out to Little for advice about working in the soap opera industry. Little has portrayed Andrew Donovan on Days of Our Lives since 2023. 'We knew of each other through mutual friends; so I knew of him for a long time,' Anchondo explained in an interview. 'I started asking Colton about what his experience was like on soaps... We met up one night and were hooked from then on.'

In a separate, reflective New Year's Day post, Anchondo alluded to finding new love as part of a monumental year. He listed achievements including earning a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and landing his role on General Hospital. 'I traveled the world, I lost people I’ve loved and found new love, battled my depression and anxiety, and pushed myself further than I thought possible,' he wrote, expressing pride and readiness for the year ahead.
On screen, Anchondo's character Marco Rios is the son of Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Natalia (Eva LaRue) and is a love interest for Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). Meanwhile, Little's character Andrew Donovan recently married Paul Narita (Christopher Sean) in a notable storyline on Days of Our Lives.
