The couple, who are parents to two-year-old daughter Robbie and newborn son Mack, were spotted taking a leisurely stroll along the promenade at Coogee Beach on Tuesday. Lucy Burgess, 33, radiated confidence just weeks after giving birth, wearing a simple white linen dress that showcased her post-baby figure. She completed the look with brown flip-flops and tortoiseshell sunglasses, her blonde hair worn down.
Sam Burgess, 37, kept it casual in a navy blue T-shirt and white shorts, sporting salt-and-pepper stubble and white slides. The doting father was seen carrying his daughter Robbie, who looked adorable in a sleeveless brown dress and a white sun hat. Lucy, meanwhile, pushed baby Mack in his pram before eventually scooping the infant into her arms.
Embracing Motherhood and Family Reunions
This beach appearance follows Lucy sharing her post-baby journey on social media last month. The Leeds hairdresser posted a mirror selfie only one month after welcoming Mack in October, highlighting her toned legs in hot pants and a white blouse.
The family's time in Australia has also been marked by significant reunions. Sam was reunited with his two older children, Poppy, nine, and Billy, seven, whom he shares with ex-wife Phoebe Hooke, after months apart. Lucy shared photos of the emotional reunion, including one where Sam beamed while posing with all four of his children. It is believed to be the first time Billy and Poppy have met their half-brother, Mack.
Making the Most of Time Down Under
The Burgess family, who now live in the UK, have been enjoying an extended stay in Australia since Mack's birth. Over the weekend, they attended the star-studded wedding of former South Sydney Rabbitohs player Ben Lowe, alongside Sam's brother Luke and his wife Tori.
Sam and Lucy, who tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Rome in 2023, announced they were expecting their second child in April while on a babymoon in Capri, Italy. Their current trip represents a precious period of family bonding, blending time with their new baby and Sam's older children.
